- For all new and under-construction projects in Uttar Pradesh, providing a valid UP RERA Registration Number is strictly mandatory.
- listmyadd.com reserves the right to remove any listing that is found to be fraudulent, misleading, spam, or violating intellectual property rights without prior notice.
3. Role of listmyadd.com (Limitation of Liability)
- listmyadd.com is strictly an Online Advertising Platform and classifieds marketplace. We do not own, sell, rent, or lease any property listed here.
- We do not act as a real estate broker or agent and are not a party to any transaction between buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants.
- We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or authenticity of the listed properties. Users must conduct independent due diligence before making any payments.
4. Premium Packages and Fees
- While posting basic property advertisements is currently free, listmyadd.com offers premium/featured listing packages for higher visibility.
- All fees paid for premium services, banner advertisements, or subscription packages are non-refundable.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Posting duplicate listings or fake price details to manipulate search results.
- Uploading images with third-party watermarks or copyrights.
- Using the platform to harvest user contact details for spamming or harassment.
6. Modifications and Jurisdiction
- listmyadd.com reserves the right to change, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Any disputes arising out of the use of this portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
